Terms of Use
Last updated: September 22, 2026
1. What Calendaro is
Calendaro turns schedules, images and written descriptions into iCalendar (ICS) calendars you can subscribe to from Apple Calendar, Google Calendar or other compatible apps. By using the service you accept these Terms.
2. Free service and future changes
The service is currently free, subject to reasonable per-user limits. Paid plans or different limits may be introduced in the future. Calendars already created will keep working unless we state otherwise with prior notice.
3. Your content
You keep ownership of what you upload. You grant us only the limited licence needed to process that content, generate your calendar and serve it to whoever has the link. You confirm you have the right to upload it and that it does not infringe third-party rights.
4. Subscription links are private, not secret-proof
The link contains a random identifier that is hard to guess, but anyone who has it can read the calendar. Do not include confidential information and share the link only with people you trust. You can revoke a link at any time.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to upload unlawful, defamatory or malicious content; not to circumvent usage limits, automate abusive requests, reverse engineer or attack the infrastructure; and not to use the service for spam or impersonation.
We may limit, suspend or remove calendars that break these rules, without prior notice where necessary to protect the service or third parties.
6. AI can make mistakes
Your schedule is interpreted by automated systems that can misread hours, days, exceptions or holidays. Always review the summary before creating the link and check the result in your calendar app.
7. Updates and availability
Our server publishes your changes immediately, but each application decides how often it refreshes a subscription. The service is provided "as is", without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit or loss of data arising from use of the service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, including mandatory consumer rights.
9. Deleting your account
You can delete a calendar or your whole account at any time from My calendars, or ask us at hola@calendaro.xyz.
10. Changes to these Terms
Updated Terms are published on this page with their date. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new version.
11. Applicable law
These Terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules that may apply in your country of residence.
Where the English translation differs from the Spanish legal text, the Spanish version is the reference version, without prejudice to mandatory rights applicable to the user.
