About Calendaro
Daniel Arochena · Creator of Calendaro
Why Calendaro exists, who creates it and what to expect from its subscribable calendars.
A received schedule is not yet a calendar
A notice-board photo, work screenshot or text listing class times contains useful information, but not events in your calendar. Copying and repeating every entry manually is especially tedious when the schedule changes.
Calendaro exists to reduce that work: it interprets images and text, presents an editable review and generates a separate calendar you can subscribe to. It is not intended to replace your calendar app or add another team-management tool.
Who is behind it
Calendaro is created by Daniel Arochena, an independent product builder. The operator's identity and legal details are in the Legal notice. For product or privacy questions, write to hola@calendaro.xyz.
We do not present user figures, credentials or recognition we cannot substantiate. Guide information draws on product behaviour and official documentation from Apple, Google and the iCalendar standard.
What we checked, and its limits
In the confirmed dentist case on 10 October at 17:00, a duration question was answered with “1 hour”, the event and feed were generated, and Apple Calendar recognised the link and displayed subscription settings. The final confirmation was cancelled: that case does not demonstrate a completed subscription.
Another actual browser test used a fictional appointment on 10 November 2026 from 17:00 to 18:00. Changing the start to 17:30 preserved a one-hour duration, ending at 18:30. The published screenshot shows that review, without an email submitted or calendar created. An editor test is not an external synchronisation test.
What it does and does not do
Calendaro prepares events and an ICS feed. It does not connect to Apple or Google accounts, modify existing calendars or offer two-way synchronisation. AI can misread a time, column or period: your review is necessary.
Available recurrence options do not express every rotation or alternating week. Subscription updates depend on the app checking the feed, not just saving in Calendaro. For urgent changes, keep using a direct channel and the official schedule source.
Privacy and control
Anyone with the subscription link can read the calendar. Do not publish it if it contains personal schedules; revocation does not erase downloaded copies. Management and deletion controls are separate from subscribing.
Images are used to interpret input; the product does not keep a persistent chat archive. Read the Privacy Policy for data processing details. Commercial consent is optional and separate from using the service.
