How Calendaro works

Calendaro turns schedules, screenshots, posters and written descriptions into calendars you can subscribe to from the apps you already use.

1. Upload or write

Upload a schedule, screenshot or poster. Or simply describe what you need.

2. Calendaro interprets it

The AI assistant identifies events, dates, times and recurrence patterns. If important information is missing, it asks only the questions it needs.

3. Review before creating

You always see the events before the calendar is created. You can correct names, dates, times, recurrence rules and other properties.

4. Create your calendar

Calendaro generates an iCalendar (ICS) feed through a private, hard-to-guess URL.

5. Subscribe

Use your calendar with Apple Calendar, Google Calendar and other apps that support iCalendar.

6. Keep managing it

From My calendars you can edit, rename, duplicate, download, revoke or delete your calendars.

AI can make mistakes. Calendaro is designed so you can always review the result before creating your calendar.

Your subscription URL acts like a private address. Don't publish it if you don't want other people to access that calendar.

What the AI interprets and what you must confirm

Analysis tries to identify titles, weekdays, dates, times and recurrence. It does not know your institution's calendar or employer exceptions unless you provide them. It may infer values or leave fields empty; check each entry against the source, especially the year, time zone and duration.

Image, conversation and review

The image is prepared for analysis. Crop names, phone numbers and unrelated content before uploading. The conversation remains visible during the session, but the product does not offer a persistent chat archive. Confirmed events are what you manage later; read Privacy for the full processing details.

Saving is not the same as refreshing your phone

A subscription checks the feed periodically. Saving in Calendaro updates the source, but Apple or Google decides when to read it again. This is neither two-way synchronisation nor a guaranteed deadline. Communicate urgent changes elsewhere. Importing the file creates a copy that receives none of those updates.
